Blend Telecom provided Brite Light Lettings in Aberdare with speedy broadband and a new cloud-based VoIP system, successfully upgrading its existing copper-based system to a digital infrastructure ahead of the 2025 analogue switch off.

The broadband upgrade has improved the efficiency of Brite Light Lettings’ processes by increasing internet speeds from 80MB to 1GB per second, boosting the team’s productivity and output.

 

The new VoIP system has expanded the company’s capacity for client communications by allowing the team to receive multiple incoming calls at a time, enabling them to attend to clients’ needs quickly and efficiently. Team members who are working remotely can accept calls through our smartphone app, and access voicemails without travelling back to the office thanks to the voicemail to email feature, meaning they can remain responsive wherever their location and continue to provide quality services. 

 

On top of improving internet speeds and upgrading the phone system, Blend Telecom’s services came at a cheaper price than the previous provider.
