Pocket Landline
Atex Industrial Vacuums
First class service. Saved us a lot of time and money. Much appreciated thank you to all the team at Blend Telecom
- Director Adrian Douse
Atex industrial Vacuums transitioned to cloud based technology to gain efficiencies within the business and save money on diversion fees.
Call diversion fees can be a real stinger for any business, but are often essential for small businesses to keep in touch with customers on the move. Having a landline number can reassure customers that you are local and established, however Atex was starting to question its value against the high monthly diversion costs from BT and decided that enough was enough.
That’s where Blend Telecom came in. Moving the landline number to the existing EE small business account revolutionised the way that Atex responded to their customers. Atex was able to keep their existing landline number and automatically route calls to several mobile numbers without any expensive diversion fees. Atex can also take advantage of additional functionality such as voicemail that gets emailed to a group email address, schedules that automatically place out of hours calls to voicemail and personal professional greetings.
The transition was made smooth and professional by Blend Telecom, to ensure the same, high level of customer service was maintained while also keeping the existing landline number.
The most significant result of this is that Atex Industrial is now saving a significant amount of money and is no longer being charged for diversion fees. Armed with the capacity to ensure that no phone call goes unanswered, Atex Industrial can provide even better customer service and operate with even greater efficiency.
